If you are not a Club member, and you did not happen to read the Auction Notes you may not be aware of the process for completing your auction order, please read on…
Completing your auction transaction(s)…
Method 1. You will receive an email stating you have won an item, and there will be a GET ITEM button in the email which when clicked will take you to the Checkout page. Click on the Place order button to complete the process, understanding that your credit card has already been auto-debited. The next page will be the Order received page, and from there you can proceed back to other auctions you are watching. You will receive an email shortly thereafter, which you must print out and bring with you on Pickup day as proof of purchase. The receipt has a SKU number on it which the volunteer pickers will need to find your item in the warehouse.
Method 2. Alternately, you can go to My Account, Auctions, and click on the Bids Won hyperlink. Here you will see the item(s) you have won, and you will notice a Pay Now button beside each item (the buttons on this page are a bit wonky, sorry). You can click the green Pay Now button to generate a receipt for the item you’ve won, keeping in mind that your credit card has already been auto-debited, or it you won multiple items you can scroll down farther and click the blue CheckOut All button to process all items at once and have them on a single receipt. You may see errors indicating you cannot add more of these items to your cart, please ignore this and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Place order button to complete the process. The next page will be the Order received page, and from there you can proceed back to other auctions you are watching. You will receive an email shortly thereafter, which you must print out and bring with you on Pickup day as proof of purchase. The receipt has a SKU number on it which the volunteer pickers will need to find your item in the warehouse.

Pickup… (please note this section may change as Provincial Government decisions could affect our ability to deliver…)
All items must be picked up at the Club on Sunday June 27 from 9am – 3pm, at 2596 Campbell Road North, Prescott, Ontario.
We will have signage indicating where to enter the property and cones to indicate where to line up in your vehicles. Please remain in your vehicles at all times, and a Club volunteer will assist you when you reach the pickup area. Please be sure to have your item receipt(s) that were emailed to you when you won the item as proof of purchase and have ID ready to show the volunteers. The SKU(s) on the receipt will allow them to quickly locate your item(s) in the warehouse and get them to you so you can be on your way.
If you win a large item, you will be directed where to park and we will assist you with loading you require.
Please note, if you win firearms or ammunition, you will be required to present your PAL you will be required to present your ID.
Once you’ve picked up your item(s) and are on your way, you will receive one final email indicating your order has been completed.
As you know, this is the first time we’re doing the auction and pickup this way, so please be patient and understanding, we’ll do our best to expedite the pickups, and remember, we’re all volunteers!
Also, as you might have expected, please wear a mask while picking up your purchases, and please respect the 6ft distancing rule for your own safety, and that of our volunteers and other Club members.
